I was born in the icy tundra of the most exciting city on Earth - Winnipeg, Manitoba. To keep myself busy in my youth, I took organ and piano lessons for 10 years and was a member of the Manitoba Theatre for Young People and Prairie Theatre Exchange for 11 years.
In 2008 I hit the eject button and left Winnipeg's glitz and glam for the fast-paced, no-holds-barred, gritty mean streets of Vancouver, BC where I graduated from Vancouver Film School's Writing For Film & Television program.
One thing lead to another. Four years of story editing, followed by working on a resort in Mexico… then as a travel agent in Toronto. Thus began my journey into advertising, so that I could actually afford the type of vacations he was selling.
Seven years later, and I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside my Art Director, Francesco Maletta, and the brilliant and inspiring people at Zulu Alpha Kilo, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Innocean. I’ve had the opportunity to sharpen my craft as a writer and refine myself as a creative leader with a wide variety of clients ranging from automotive, packaged goods, mobility, fast food, sporting goods, social good, and politics.
There’s a never a dull moment in this business, or at least there isn’t when you work with Josh and Frank.
